How do I place a custom order?
Submit your bespoke request via our online contact form or send us a direct message on Instagram.
How much notice do I need to give?
For custom and corporate bookings, we suggest placing orders 3–6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer printed cookies?
Yes. Printed cookies are ideal for logos, intricate patterns, and detailed designs. Minimum 24 cookies. Pricing from R36–R39 each.
What's the price range for custom cookies?
Custom cookies range from R372–R864 per dozen, with a minimum of 2 dozen.
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness. Orders are carefully packed in fragile-safe packaging such as shipper boxes and bubble wrap.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Courier starts from R150. While we package with care, we cannot be held responsible for breakages during shipping.
How long do cookies last?
Individually sealed cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place.
